1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a player, team official, or manager in the BTFF Legends Premier League ("LPL"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all official league rules, safety guidelines, and venue regulations enforced across all United Kingdom matchgrounds.

2. Player Eligibility & Registration

All players participating in BTFF Legends Premier League tournaments must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Provide accurate personal details during online player registration.
  • Submit valid photo identification (Passport or government ID) for identity and age verification.
  • Be officially registered with a recognized BTFF Legends Premier League team before the designated registration deadline.
  • No player may represent more than one team during a single tournament edition without official committee approval.

3. Code of Conduct & Sportsmanship

The BTFF Legends Premier League upholds zero tolerance for violent conduct, verbal abuse, discrimination, or unsporting behaviour on or off the pitch.

Referees, match officials, and committee members have the authority to issue yellow/red cards, match suspensions, or tournament expulsions for violations of league rules and the applicable code of conduct.

4. Match Schedules & Venues

The BTFF Legends Premier League Committee reserves the right to modify match dates, kick-off times, or stadium venues due to adverse weather, pitch conditions, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Teams will receive prompt notification of schedule adjustments through the league's official digital communication channels

5. Media Rights & Photography

By participating in BTFF Legends Premier League matches, players grant the league and its authorised representatives the non-exclusive, worldwide right to capture, edit, reproduce, and publish photographs, match videos, interviews, and live broadcasts featuring their participation.

Such content may be used for promotional, archival, editorial, and highlight purposes across the official website, social media platforms, digital channels, and broadcast media.

6. Medical Disclaimer & Liability

Football is a physical sport involving inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

Players participate entirely at their own risk. The BTFF Legends Premier League, its organisers, committee members, officials, participating venues, and stadium owners do not accept liability for personal injuries, medical emergencies, or loss or damage to personal property sustained during league events, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Players are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate personal sports and accident insurance.

7. Amendments to Terms

The BTFF Legends Premier League reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

Notice of significant amendments will be published through the league's official communication channels or on this page before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
